OK, here is a surplus deal for those of you mixing a little DIY with your
MOTM kit building.  Please no manufacturers for this great sale. :-)

These are at Electronic Goldmine  1-800-445-0697.  I inspected the ones I
bought to make certain of fit and such before I shared this great news.

# 1 = Nice chrome nuts that fit the shafts of the standard 3/8" bushing pots
AND 3/8" switchcraft jacks.  These are not quite as thick as the normal
Switchcraft nuts.  From the face you cannot tell the difference.  I their
thin nature makes them PERFECT for backing nuts on pots.

# 2 = Inside star lock washers.  The nice small ones that are so hard to
find.  The are almost (not just exactly) like the lock washers that Paul
provides in his kits. They are closer than anything else I have seen.  They
are not large like the ones we can find at the hardware store.  So, if you
have been looking a long time for these lock washers, look no more.  ONE
CENT each!

Remember, this is surplus.  So, buy what you need now.  I got a few thousand
and set them back for stock.  In the future, for those that only need a few
here and there, I will keep these items in stock.  I can throw just a few in
an envelope with a stamp for the person that is only occasionally DIY.
