The Buggles were Downes and Trevor Horn at the helm, but Hans Zimmer and Thomas Dolby were brought in as musicians. Also Warren Cann (from Ultravox), and a few other people whose names escape me. It's been a while since I've seen the video, but I remember a few shots of Zimmer in the video with a fantastic keyboard rig, I think with an ARP (2600?) in his keyboard stand, and a column of (to my memory it was Moog) modules behind him.
