a) if anyone has a MOTM (or even Paul S. personal) issue based under the general heading "customer service", here is the contact info: 817-498-3782 phone 817-605-8401 fax 817-313-9836 cell synth1@... or syntht@... (backup) b) if, for whatever reason, you feel 'compelled' to publically voice what *I consider* to be a private business matter in a public forum (here, AH, TGS, etc) in order to "speed things up" or "tell people what they are really getting into" or WHATEVER, be aware that THIS WILL NOT HELP YOUR CAUSE. In fact, I may just ignore you until I decide you are no longer a pain. c) there are MANY nice modular companies to choose. It's no secret who I am, how I may (or may not) 'conduct business'. If you don't like it, PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE *QUIETLY*. I'm not NetFlix or Amazon.com (I actually *make money*). I'm just 1 middle-aged prog rock guy making synth modules. This isn't some "game" to me. I mess up, miss delivery dates, charge too much, act arrogant and dress poorly. Deal with it. Buying a module is NOT A TICKET to whine, bitch moan and in general act like an Internet a-hole. I have people *QUIETLY* waiting and acting mature. I have 2 kids, I don't need 500 more, thanks. I'm sorry if people think just because email is *delivered* in 3 seconds, a reply is *due* in 10 seconds. I read all emails, and I'll reply in a day or 2 (or 3 or 4). I don't know why I feel I have to constantly defend myself. OK, I declare myself done defending myself. Paul S.
