This is 11U high so it will fit two MOTM racks plus a single 1U item such as a MIDI converter.  The back is sealed (all access from front) and the rack rails are recessed 1.5"; from the rack rails to the back of the case is 10.5".  Note that valance-spanning latches are used for the lid, so the extrusion around the front is not broken by a recessed latch assembly.

It is made of a honeycomb plastic material so that the total case weight (empty) should be around 20 pounds.  Right now I'm being quoted at $271 for one and $245 for two or more.  I only need one but I'm hoping that someone else here might need one and I can get the $245 price for all of us.

The brand is Wilson case and I have seen their work in person.  Nice stuff, and the plastic is suprisingly rugged.  It only comes in two colors, black or gray.
