This is really really sad news.  I can't even begin to think of the
number of bands that I so enjoy which have had their moment on the
Peel show, from The Cure to Siouxsie & The Banshees to The White
Stripes to Godflesh.

I can only hope that, since he passed away while vacationing, his last
days were full of life and fun.
