I can't report from personal experience, but some folks seem to like it. It depends if you want a state variable, or a state variable specifically designed to sound like the SEM. Paul has a SEM state var design that mimics the particular Oberheim characteristics closely. I'd say buy the Oakley now, then buy the MOTM when it comes out. You can't have too many filters!
