Odd size hex nut driver

2004-08-23 by J. Larry Hendry

For odd size panel nuts, I have used a socket from my ratchet set. Mind
you, one does not need the ratchet, just the socket and maybe an extension
to use as a handle. Don't over tighten. You are unlikely to scratch the
panel with a nice socket.

d) NOTE!! The rotary switch on the '510 needs a 9/16" hex nut driver. This
is an "oddball" size (a 14mm will also work). You may want to start poking
around to see what you can use to tighten this nut. I suppose if I need
future rotary switches, I can use this same family of switches. It does seem
silly to spend $7 on a nutdriver to use *one time*, but that's the problem.
