And, having a 10V differential (15-5) means lots of heat. We no wanna no heat in the synth! For lowest noise, you want *balanced* current draw from the +15V and -15V. Also, you don't want digital stuff with high clocks (say 12Mhz) and fast edges leaking into the analog supplies. Paul S.
