I don't have an official pic (paging Moe!) but it's the same sheel metal as the
MOTM-190 (1U) with:

3 pots: Freq, Res, and FM (reversing)
2 switches: 1/2 - Full and LP/HP
6 jacks: 2 Audio In, 1V/Oct, FM, Res CV and Out
