While we're on the subject of pots, does anyone know a source for conductive plastic or cermet pots with solder lugs rather than PCB leads. I have been increasingly uncomfortable with DIY projects where fragile leads meant for PCB mounting are secured with only a bit of heatshrink tubing. I cannot find a Spectrol pot with solder lugs, and I believe the Bourns pots are only available in linear taper. All other solder lug type pots I've seen are carbon composition or expensive, $10-$15+.
