Thanks George.
I sent for a sample.  I'll report back on success.  The prices look pretty
decent if you are prepared to do more than one panel at a time.  The 8 1/2
by 11 sheets come in a box of 10 for $57.00 (they have different sizes too).
So, if you want the panels to go all the way, top to bottom, that's only 2
2U panels or 4 1U panel per $5.70 sheet.  That's pretty decent.

How about InkJet-printable aluminum with adhesive backing?

Print it, stick it to a blank, then drill it out.  Have not tried this
myself, but it sure looks interesting.
