MOTM

This is one of those times of year when I feel compelled to be especially
thankful for what I have in life (more than I normally do). I'll spare you
all on my particular brand of religion.  But, I will say that I feel blessed
by my creator in more ways than I can possibly count.

So, I want to publicly offer up a few of those thanks to those of you who I
have come to know on this list.

Thanks to all our Stooge customers.  In 2003, I sold 2690 custom cables and
more brackets and flat rails than I even bothered to count.  Moe and I
delivered almost 700 screened panels in the last 2 panel runs (over the last
13 months).  So, I want to say, thanks for buying, thanks for being patient
when delivery was not near as prompt as hoped for.  But mostly, I want to
say thanks for the association and all the kind words of appreciation that
are expressed. That, more than anything, keeps Stooge Products rolling
along, knowing how much our products are appreciated.

Thanks to Moe for starting all this.  While he works more in the background,
he is the person responsible for starting Stooge panels.  The first panel
(which cost him $85) can still be seen on his website (the DarkStar with the
screws showing on the front).  Dave makes sure all the artwork is right
before we go to press and deals with all screening and printing issues.

And, thanks to Paul.  He is indeed Santa.  Thanks to Paul for starting this
MOTM thing.  That is what got me started into modular. Without MOTM, I
probably never would have discovered Synth-DIY, John Blacet and his great
stuff or the many other fine modular products available.

I cannot possibly thank everyone individually for the inspiration and
support.  I have learned much from many of you about this modular thing.  I
am still a newbie when it comes to trying to use this thing.

What's new for Stooge products in 2004?  Our new voltage control PCB for
PROM select on the Miniwave expander PCB is being finalized right now.  I
just finished the mechanical details and am tweaking the circuit over the
holidays.  Scott Juskiw will be making the PCBs on this project.  Dave
Hylander will be making PROM expander PCB available again that will support
either the CV control or rotary switch control of PROM select.  Stooge
panels will continue to be available for both versions of the expanded
Miniwave.  Yes, your Miniwave too can have 10 PROMs instead of  2.
