All of you who purchased Synth Tech Logo cables may get this twice as I am
sending to the list and BCC to everyone that purchased cables in November.
I also needed to send publicly because this is news for those who did not
buy this time.  I apologize for the length of this message for those that
don't care about cables.

PLEASE understand that this mail applies ONLY to the Synth Tech Logo
translucent 1/4" to 1/4" cables and NOT to any of the wise guy synth cables.
The wise guy synth cable is used to illustrate the connector only.

This is GREAT news for everyone as far as I am concerned !  Here is the
scoop:

Those of you who ordered Synth Tech Logo cables were most likely expecting
to get the dual knurled stripe connector shown in the photo next to the
Switchcraft 280 (see link directly below).  This is the same connector we
used on the Synth Tech Logo cables last time I delivered them in the summer.

However, the cable vendor made a mistake and instead installed the Neutrik
connector with the single knurled stripe and Neutrik name on the barrel.
This is an equally fine connector and is indeed the same connector that is
supplied on my wise guy synth cables.  See that connector in this photo
(ignore 3.5 mm connector please)

Now, you may wonder why I am telling you all this. I thought that some of
you *might* be disappointed that your cables came with the NYS224 connector
that does not match your previous order.  But, some of you that ordered both
"wise guy synth" and "Synth Tech Logo" cables may actually be glad the error
was made as now your cables match from both vendors.

But, in Stooge Products fashion, I wanted to be 100% certain that ALL my
customers were 100% satisfied.  So, I went back to the cable vendor and
negotiated a solution.  First, in the future, when ordering Synth Tech Logo
cables you can specify which of these two connectors you want so you can be
sure to get exactly what you want.  That way, I will make everyone happy.
For these cables just delivered, I had the entire lot of cables re-made with
the original P280 connectors which are shown on my website. I negotiated a
one-time deal which will allow me to absolutely take care of you guys.

If you purchased Synth Tech logo cables from me in November and just took
delivery of those with the NYS224 connector, I offer you the following
options.  This option is ONLY for those that already purchased these cables.

1.  Do nothing.  You are happy with your connectors / cables.  Thanks for
being a Stooge customer.

2.  Exchange your cables.  If you would prefer to have the P280 connectors
that you were probably expecting, you can send me your cables with connector
NYS224 back, and I will send you the exact same cable order with the P280
connectors.  I will pay the shipping in BOTH directions.  I will then offer
the returned cables up for sale to others for a VERY attractive price.

3. You can have BOTH.  You can keep the cables you have AND, you can buy an
exact duplicate of your order that has the P280 connectors.  You ask, "why
would I do that?"  Because I will sell the original purchaser the duplicate
order for a HUGE discount.  You can buy the second set of cables identical
to your first order for these prices:
$3.35 for 1 foot
$3.50 for 2 foot
$3.75 for 3 foot
$3.95 for 4 foot
$4.25 for 5 foot
$4.45 for 6 foot
That is $2 off the normal price !!  That is less that they are normally sold
to even the largest dealers !!!  So, with those 3 options to choose from, I
know you will be happy. :)

Now, this bears repeating, this applies ONLY to the Synth Tech Logo
translucent cables.

Now, for those of you who did not pick up cables this time but would like to
share in the good deal, I may have something for you too.  I expect some of
my cable buyers will pick option # 1 or # 2.  That means I am bound to have
some extra cables after this deal is over.  So, all the cables that are not
purchased or exchanged by the original cable buyers will be offered up to
the list for sale at these same great prices !!  Of course, you would have
to pick from the available lengths / colors.  But, for these prices... what
a deal !!

If I do not hear back from the original purchaser in 2 weeks, I will assume
you are OK with option # 1, and I will make the cables available for
purchase by others.
