Feed the 310 into a filter, the filter into the 190. The 
190's output goes into your mixer.
Make sure one of the 800 EGs controls the 190.

Now feed the Moog's CV into the 310, and the Moog's gate 
signal into the 800 that controls the VCA. 

That should do it.
