sorry for the late response, been really busy and haven't been able to keep
up with all my lists.

I ended up using 12" foam from Auralex.  I now wish I had done some more
research.  This is what I wish I had gotten:

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
