I'm a new subscriber from Holland. To shortly introduce myself, I'm a musician and business development/project manager at an entertainment re/etailer. Been into analogue synthesis for over 12 years. My objective is to build the " Multimono"; a 3 main+3 micro vco, 6 eg, 3 vca based modular with as many filters possible in order to have access to stable, unfailing "copies" of most common vintage monophonics all in one system. This maybe goes against the idea of a modular system a bit but it makes quite some sense and of course I don't know where the modular path will take me along the way. Went through the archives and want to make a module suggestion. I found a lot of suggestions for ordinary and more exotic control modules, which I might not necessarily need considering my Multimono, like the Buchla ideas though! What I would really like is vocoding. I understand this will be a major and pricey undertaking when going for a Sennheiser, Moog or Doepfer like complex design but how about the Korg VC10 design?! Although much simpler, this is still a very usable, fun and popular design of which parts are already available by means of already existing modules so it wouldn't need to be an all in one module. as far as my knowledge on these things goes that is.
