Stocking these sort of parts and offering them to MOTM users is something I've been considering. A small part of one of my businesses consists of some custom electronics work and we do currently stock some parts which are used in the MOTM. Although I'm quite swampped at the moment, I'll try and determine whether we could do this and how much we would have to charge to make the service worthwhile. I really don't want to make up complete kits necessarily, I don't want to buy and resell stooge brackets and panels for instance. But I don't believe we'd have a problem purchasing 100 LEDs or a larger quantity of certain parts. There are some parts that we currently buy 5000 at a time. We could possibly offer kits for doing the Blacet to MOTM conversions, Oakley to MOTM or CGS to MOTM as well if there was enough interest, with those kits not including such things as circuit boards, brackets or panels. In other words you would still have to order those items from Oakley or Ken Stone for instance. I'll try to set up a spread sheet with some of the most popular projects and look at quantity pricing to determine if it's worthwhile. Possibly one of the stooges could email me off list. If either of you guys could give me a list of the most popular panels so I could get an idea of the popularity of different projects it would help me decide whether to pursue this or not. My business ships internationally, and will be set up to accept credit cards around the first of the year, and as I said we could certainly buy enough of a given item to get quantity breaks, providing it looks like the interest is there and we could eventually resell the parts.
