That would be the MOTM-300 VCO and the MOTM-420 VCF so far. Both have Tempco resistors that mount on top of transistors. Good heat coupling between the transistors and Tempco resistor is required for proper operation. That's where the heat sink compound goes. There is nothing like that in the MOTM-410. I think the only place you will find that documentation is actually in the 300 and 420 construction instructions.
