OMS 410 2U Stooge panel design - help!

Folks,

I'm laying out the 2U OMS-410 Stooge panel design tonight. Those that 
are interested in purchasing this panel, please let me know -

Do you want the PAD switch included, or not? Is Tony's 2U suggested 
design in the manual otherwise sufficient?
