cable by foot??

Does anyone sell cable by the foot??  I need shielded multiconductor 
for a DB-15, and snake cable for CV/Gate.  Both are for a Kenton 
Pro-4 panel.   I do not want to invest in a 100' spools as I only 
need a few feet of each.
