no, you are doing it right. We're supposed to fill in the via holes before the final wash. What I was referring to was what you do if you are passed that point. The organic seems to flow better. I am very careful to not solder the remaining holes which are to get wires etc. Yeah, I know I'm not following the directions. As far as the caps, I think its because the leads are very thin and fragile and might break off when scrubbing.
