As promised, the MOTM-800 January 2000 revision to provide full ADSR from
gate only has been posted to my web site.  Credit for the revision goes to
Paul Schreiber since it is an official revision to the MOTM-800.  Credit for
the method to implement the change on the old version 800 modules goes to
Roy Tate.  He was the one who originally sent the instructions out to the
list.
