I put the Excel sheet and PDF form up at my site to make ordering easy.  You
don't have to use either.  You can simply send me an e-mail with your info
if you use one of the forms to understand what is available and what the
price is.

I will tell you that I prefer the Excel sheet if you have that option.  I
have a really big version of the spreadsheet here that I will be using to
place my order. If you send yours Excel, I get to cut and paste your choices
to make 100% certain I don't make any errors.  Looks like we are talking
well over 1000 cables here and 81 different color combinations.  I don't
want to screw up even one.
