I bought one of these on eBay and was pleasantly surprised:

For anyone familiar with the ADC brand of patchbays you'll know these are very rugged and expensive.  The one I got is in decent shape and has all solder terminals on the back.  Good for wiring your own modular synth or studio outboard gear.
