MOTM

Tony's frequency shifter really seemed very nice.  I didn't get a chance to
actually play with it.  But, Robert Rich gave me a short demo and I liked
what I heard.  So, no changes needed there. :)

The proto had Tony's UEG sized knobs on it.  I did not care for that as most
of the panel was left blank.  Certainly, the layout should be more MOTM like
with standard MOTM size knobs.  I guess that some of the knobs could be
small if the frequency control knobs are at least up sized to 1" knobs.
