MOTM

Help! 
I ami building the Motm 120 kit and I ran into a problem.
All of the other kits I have built on the instructions paul says to 
solder the VIA holes.  I am getting ready to mount the PC board 
and I realized that no where in the instructions have I read to 
solder the VIA holes???
I dont want to solder them in case they are not meant to be 
soldered????  I repread all of the instructions and see nothing 
about the VIA holes anywhere.  
Is there a typo??

Paul is at the NAM show.  

Has any of you built this kit? what do I do????
