Looking at schematic: I suspect that a 0.1uF cap across the output terminals
(just solder it across the OUT jack's lugs) will get rid of the pops. No
buffer needed.
This is a kluge but should work. Really, I suspect *any* NONPOLAR cap from
0.1uF to 1uF
will work.
However, a variable slew is fun, too. I had this on my first homebuilt
modular. Freaky.
