Hello Andrew,

I have two single cabinets basically because it's more modular.   The
smaller cabinet is easier to handle, and two of them stack nicely.  Also, I
didn't know what my rate of acquisition would be.  I thought that a single
cabinet might keep me occupied for six months or so.  But I wound up
planning more modules than would fit just the first cabinet.  Another reason
is that Larry had tried the rails on the single cabinet, so we knew that
would work.  The double cabinet may be different in the center region, and
it could be harder to attach the rails.  I don't know that for sure, but it
would be a risk. The double cabinet is the same cost as two singles ($400).
I just like the smaller size.

By the way, the dot com cabinets appear to be a stock item.  Both of mine
shipped a couple of days after I ordered them.
