MOTM

Well, now that (a) I've figured out how to solder those Neutrik
connectors(thanks to Cary & Mark t for
the tips), & (b) I'm about out of old cable to make patch cords with, I'm
trying to figure out
what cable to use.  In the archives the two recommendations were for  (a) a
2 conductor cable
& (b) a 4 conductor cable.  Now is there any reason I would want something
like that when
making MOTM patchcords?  If not, any recommendations on a single conductor
cable?
