It's been my experience so far that the Blacet pcbs mounted on Stooge panels are the deepest. My Blacet Time Machine mounted on a Stooge panel is 7 1/8" deep BEHIND the panel. Allow say 8" behind your rail fronts and you should be able to handle anything. Moe >>>>> There is some "depth" info on the "Chart" at http://www.modularsynth.com It's not complete but may help.
