found this on the links page for Conquest. I've exchanged a few emails
with them and they will sell premade patch cables in colors and will also sell
bulk wire.

outrageous. One place only sold it by the spool (200 meters), and even in that
quantity it was still $600 for a spool. That's three times the price of Gotham.
And Gotham was already pricy compared to other cable. In my process of trying
to find any remaining colored Gotham cable on this continent, I talked to the
Canadian Gotham dealer. He sold some other color cable that was a really good
price but he wouldn't tell me the brand. He is one source I've kept in the back
of my mind should I need color cable cheap, or if anyone else does, check him
out. You'll need to search Gotham site for dealer names.
If anybody ends up buying USA-1 or Canare cable, please post to the list where
you got it. Neither of them are easy to find, and some places just sell black.
