MOTM

A couple of comments/questions:

1) There are two VCAs but they can only be controlled together, 
correct?  I mean if you flip the switch to RM, then both will be RM 
and if you change the GAIN knob it affects both VCAs?  Or is one VCA 
RM-able and the other exponential?  Still, GAIN and CV MOD affect 
both equally, no?

2) What about push/pull switches on the pots instead of toggles?
