Oh yeah--definitely spring for a Panavise. I use mine constantly when
building MOTM modules. If you want to spend money on only one head, get the
wide-opening one because it's the most versatile. I have it as well as the
standard head and a circuit-board holder head, and I use all three in the
course of building one module. The weighted part tray base is really handy,
too.

(No, Panavise didn't pay me to say that. I'm just a happy customer.)
