hello there,
the most basic chaos patch is have two VCOs
patch VCO#1 sine out to VCO#2 v/oct in
patch VCO#2 sine out to VCO#1 v/oct in
patch any remaining output to your mixer

this is the purest form of chaos patch, you can tune one of the VCOs to
taste
from here, maybe patch the S&H to an fm input
maybe add LFO pulse out to S&H clock in
maybe add VCO output to LFO v/oct input

from the basic patch there are so many ways to progess
