Hope you don't mind the OT post here...

I have just purchased two Synton 3000 modules, a mic/line input 
module and HP/LP VCF module.

I want to mount these two modules in a small case, to use as a 
standalone filter box.

I would like to find the smallest possible power supply, to keep the 
box as small as possible.

Any recommendations for internal power supplies? It has to be 
+15/0/-15 Volts and 200mA, or maybe even 100mA.

Can I use and internal power supply in a small box like this, or 
should I use an external power supply, will an internal power supply 
be too noisy to mount in a small case next to some bare module pcbs?
