I will gladly take old bags if:
a) you pay the postage to me
b) you remove the label
c) it's not all wrinkled, etc with leftover food crumbs

Personally I wouldnt mind getting my resistors and stuff in used bags. Would you? Obviously bags with holes or tears should just be tossed rather than recycled.
