I finally got the estimate on SKB case backs from the metal shop.  I need
to take the proto-type to the paint shop next week and find out how much
that is going to cost.

Good news:  The cost is lower than I can anticipated.  I anticipate that you
guys will be real happy with the delivered price.  More when I have all the
facts.

Bad news for guys wanting 5U tall:  The labor to cut panels and do the holes
is significantly more than the material. Depending on what I hear from the
paint guy for final numbers, but I expect the 5U tall will be almost as much
as the 10U.  So, if you were thinking the price of two 5Us would be close to
that of one 10U, you may be disappointed.

Some potential bad news:  The metal shop is not interested in making 5 or 10
of these.  I have to buy at least 40 of them or I cannot make this fly.  For
me to make this happen, I need to sell at least 20 right away so I don't
have a lot of cash tied up in them.  So, if you have been holding off tell
me you will be buying (subject to final price of course) this would be the
time to say so.  No need to re-respond again if you have already expressed
interest.  I saved all your e-mail.

Like other Stooge products, I'm just making what I hear you guys saying you
want.
