Several of the guys on this list have made beautiful wood cabinets. Well, I realized I would never get to mine and I am not that good at wood working. So, I contracted it out. You can see the beginnings of the 3rd row from the bottom straight cabinet on my new cabinet web page. http://www.wiseguysynth.com/larry/cabinet/cabinet.htm This one will be finished in a few days. The lower 2 row slant cabinet is about to begin. I hope both will be done in time for AWMW the first weekend in April. You will notice something you have not seen before in a wood cabinet. This is the debut of Crazy Larry's Magic buss. By making my cabinet a scant 7/8 inches taller, I have 48 jacks in a row across the bottom of my modules (where you want them) to be wired as multiples. That is the equivalent of 3U wide of multiples in a standard layout. They might look close. But, actually, they are at standard MOTM spacing and will line up directly below the jacks on my MOTM modules. All my cabinets will feature one magic buss below each row of modules. For more information on the magic buss see here: http://www.wiseguysynth.com/larry/magic.htm If there is sufficient interest, I may contract out several of these cabinets with the magic buss and sell them. My cabinet page will change significantly over the next couple of weeks as these first two cabinets are finished. Stay tuned. :) Larry Hendry a.k.a. Crazy Larry, inverter of the Magic Buss TM
