MOTM

Has anyone seen the new Newark price for MOTM style Alco knobs?  It used
to be $1.69 each, now they're $2.82 each.  Ouch!!!  Does anyone know of
an alternate source for these?  The usual sources (Mouser, Digi-key,
Future-Active, Allied, Radio Shack.com) don't stock these.  I know that
Radio Shack has a similar knob, but it's slightly larger than the Alco
knob.
