MOTM

I finally got all the editing done and links installed.  In addition to the
thumbnail page for viewing Time Machine Photos, now the photos are all
linked from the HTML and MS Word documents at all the right spots where you
need to take a peek.

A plain Jane text version is included for the guys with too much Synth.com
stuff in their rack <snicker>

Any feed back on errors or omissions is greatly appreciated.  I have look at
it 20 times, but....

Next, I plan to finish the documentation and new proto-board layout and
publish the breath controller modifications for the MOTM-850.
