Since Paul is busy with NAMM, I will post this question here.  
Assembling the 101 Noise S&H, on page 10 a coax cable is soldered 
into the CLOCK pads at J5.   The instructions do not say to lay the 
cable flat and secure with a tie wrap, however there are tie wrap 
holes on the PCB and spare tie wraps came with the kit.    Do I lay 
this coax wire flat on the PCB and tie wrap it down to the board, or 
does the wire come straight up from the connection?
