Shape Pot
Rate LED
/1, /2, /4 Switch (for Phase Lock)
Phase Lock In Jack (Defeats Rate Pot, locks LFO to incoming frequency)
Sine Out Jack
Tri/Saw Out Jack
Pulse Out Jack

Probably not simple enough, but what the hell.  This would be a great
complement to Dual VCA/Panner/Faders.
