Everyone wants the Oakley-style layout. Since Tony pointed out that 
my top midi jack would foul the pcb, I'm going to tweak the design 
one more time, placing the two midi jacks at the bottom. So the end 
result will be identical to the Oakley layout. 

I may still try to find room to stick a single/multi trigger switch 
on somewhere.
