For folks interested in the Oakley midiDAC:
I have posted TWO possible designs for the layout of this panel. I am 
going to create a poll that I'd like you to vote in, especially if 
you are considering ordering one of these panels.

Sikorsky and others who were interested in rear mounting their MIDI 
jacks: I am in discussions with the silkscreener about the 
possibility of masking off panels to prevent the midi jack markings 
from being painted on. We'll let you know if we find this to be 
possible.
