c'mon larry - you're holding out on us - my periodical alta vista searches
almost always come up with "model of the month" in second place (after
"molecule of the month" of course) and i don't mean synthesisers, oh no...
in the meantime:

that would be Dutch for 'man of the match' - ajax being a big club round
these parts (western europe)
