MOTM

I have 500 end caps on order from the metal shop.  You guys told me you
wanted 300, so I am ordering plenty to fill that order PLUS, 200 more for
stock.  I saved a little cash too by jumping up to the 500 quantity.  I also
was successful in beating the painter down 75 cents per-unit over what he is
charging me per-unit for 1U panels.  The labor is really about the same, but
Chistmas is coming, and I think he wants the business.  I tried to get $1,
but 75 cents was all he would go.

End cap - plain brushed alunimun economy model ------ $3 each
End cap - painted with the same finish as panels -------- $6.25 each
End cap with logo / synthesis technology --------------- $12 (approximate)

I cannot really finalize the price until I know how many are ordered.  We
have some fixed cost setting up the screen no mater how many are ordered.
But, that $12 figure is darn close provided I can sell 20 or so.

Availability -  I plan to stock the plain MOTM black caps for sale at
anytime.  They will deliver with or ahead of the upcoming December Stooge
Panel delivery.

Plain aluminum is special for a couple that have asked.  Essentially, how
every many are ordered, will just be pulled out before they go to the
painter.  Everything else goes to the painter.  Unpainted ones will not be
stocked.

Logo screened - these will be special order just like screened panels.  They
will always be available (like panel) but will be special order.  I will
probably not stock any of these (maybe just a few).

After the results of the poll, and after Moe and I firm up exactly what we
will make available this time around, I will send a note out asking for your
orders (just like before).  However, this time I have a jump on the process
and have compressed the order-to-delivery period to a much shorter time.
Here is the schedule.

Metal delivery to me - About Nov 1 (already ordered based on my estimates)
Painted metal back to me in mid November.
Screening done the last week of November and early December
Delivery to customers before Christmas.

Moe and I learn more each time we do this.  I appreciate everyone's patience
with the slow delivery last time.  But, all of the appropriate beatings have
been administered to the painter and metal shop.  So, this time will be much
better.
