I think your talking about one of Jim's modules , and it did turn out to be 
a reversed polarity.  I had a similar problem a bad timer IC that was 
pulling down the supply voltages across the modules powered by the same PS.

Check your connections for polarity.  If you have a DVM, check the voltages 
with only the suspect module in attached.  If you have a DVM, call Paul, 
and he can walk you through diagnosing the faulty component.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
