Seems like a credible source though.  I am hopeful 
in the near future this will be reality.  I guess we will 
see.

Sorry to say that this is not working. I called the
number for Primus. They told me they weren't
handling this title and then transfered me to
McGraw-Hill. They said the book is out of print and
they couldn't get it. I asked if perhaps it was
going to be in stock in a few days and I was told
that was doubtful. I got their phone number
(1-800-338-3987) and I will try again in a week or
so.
