Actually, here is a list of stuff and the probablility of *shipping* by Dec
15th (the last day of the MOTM year).

MOTM-130 Dual Pan/Fade VCA   100%
Triple Preamp 100%
Voltage-Controlled Pulse Divider 100%

Envelope follower 90%
Oberheim SEM filter 80%

2 new waveshapers I haven't talked about 50%

Mini-sequencer 20% (depends on order rate after Sept 1st)

In general, the R&D time is 'stolen' from order fulfillment time. The kit
backlog is 80% gone, but the assembled
backlog is still up there.

The *current* order rate is on track for shipping ~1100 modules this year
(818 were shipped last year). I also
need time to manage the purchase/shipping/storage of over $80,000 worth of
parts. And my daughter keeps swiping
the tape and stapler.

Well, back to work! (finishing up MOTM-830 Mixer documentation so I can copy
it Monday for shipments starting Wed.)
