Yes, SHAPE is controllable via CV.  Paul already described what 
happens with each waveform in another reply.  My favorite trick is to 
send one of the wave outs to the S&H IN of the 101 (Noise/S&H module) 
then play with the SHAPE control of the 320 to change 
the 'sequence'.  You can get an amazing number of patterns this way.
